--VarCity Sole National Distributor for The Almond Utilities for UNIX Product--
MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA, March 31, 1994--AlmondSeed Software, Inc. announced today its strategic relationship with VarCity, a full service distributor of UNIX software for Value Added Resellers. VarCity will be the sole national distributor in North America for AlmondSeed's recently introduced product, The Almond Utilities for UNIX (formerly the Norton Utilities for UNIX).
The Almond Utilities are available today from VarCity. VARs interested in reselling the product are invited to attend VarCity's "Reseller Reunion" at the UNIX Reseller Show and Conference in Dallas, April 20, 1994 to learn more about The Almond Utilities.
