• Reduce domestic violence by using high technology to consolidate reports of abuse
• Require drug treatment/anger management programs for first-time non-violent criminals
• Require mandatory electronic monitoring of parolees
• Establish strict curfews to keep kids off the street late at night
• Establish aggressive anti-drug/anti-gang programs for juveniles

• Make getting a gun license at least as tough as getting a drivers license
• Dramatically increase penalties for possession of weapons with 1,000 feet of schools
• Ban the possession and sale of all assault weapons
• Make it a mandatory felony to sell guns to minors
• Ban the sale of ammunition to people who can't legally buy a gun
